We have 2 designs - zip pouch or envelope folded case. The material/ colour will be randomly selected, based on availability. Each case will come with bamboo made products (up to 2pieces, randomly selected as per stock availability).

Why are these plants impact sustainability and eco friendly?

Fibers found in pandan leaves are proven to be ideal in making handicrafts such as bags, wallets, planters, mats, baskets and many other handmade crafts.. In preparing the material for production, margins and midribs of leaves are removed and the leaves are cut into strips of the desired width. As a plant, it deos not require use of toxic pesticides while growing. It is fast-growing, self-renewing and requires less water thus helps in reducing deforestation. It can be stained or painted and looks beautiful in its natural state. 

Bamboo is so versatile and there are so many craft ideas from furniture, to paper, mats, bamboo cups, bamboo toothbrush, bamboo made bags etc. It is a very strong plant that matures fast in 3-5 years. It absorbs 35% more carbon dioxide per hectare compared to other trees. It grows well without use of pesticides or fertilisers, making environment safe from chemicals. It is also biodegradable.
